To buy a gift certificate you can use our online Reservation Form (and in the comments section, specify that its a gift certificate and what for ie. Birthday, Anniversary, etc.) or call us at our toll free number: 1-800-808-7604. In both cases you will receive a Gift Certificate confirmation number to be used at the time of boarding.

CANCELLATION POLICY

By providing your credit card number you have guaranteed your day excursion.

We have a Strict Cancellation Policy and No-Transfer Policy:
1-5 Guests	6 or More Guests
If you need to cancel or transfer the date of this booking, you MUST contact us prior to 7:30 am TWO DAYS BEFORE your sailing date. If your cancellation or date change is received less than 48 hours prior to your sailing date and time or if you are a No-Show at the time of sailing you will be charged a 100% cancellation penalty	If you need to cancel or transfer the date of this booking, you MUST contact us at least NINE DAYS BEFORE your sailing date. If your cancellation or date change is received less than NINE DAYS prior to your sailing date and time or if you are a No-Show at the time of sailing you will be charged a 100% cancellation penalty
